Active work orders and service history
Once you have created your customer, add inventory (preferably with a serial number) in order to track and keep service history records in your database. An inventory can be an automobile, a refrigerator, a security systems component or anything you wish depending on your industry.
If you exclusively provide services such as facility management, then instead of a product, a physical location will act as an inventory.
Added inventory acts as a bridge between you and creating a work order. Once these logs are selected, a work order is ready to be created and assigned to a field personnel.
