Managing field services

– Lets assume that a mobile crane broke down and the construction stopped. Swift intervention is required in order to restore field operations for your customer.

– The field personnel received a notification via FieldCo. application and started heading for the customer or the location of the crane. The status of the field personnel is visible to the management in real time via FieldCo.

How do we organize workflows?

At the time of the call, you can quickly create a service record whether in the field, or at the computer center. You can also assign the job to the field staff at the time or later. An audible and vibrating notification will be sent to your field staff when the assignment is made.
