Why FieldCo?
It all started with a computer course in high school. That's where I first understood how powerful software could be — that it could automate the repetitive, exhausting work people had to do every day.
When I founded MOBIM Software in 2002, the goal was clear: free field service teams from the chaos of paper, phone calls and Excel. In those early years, visiting customers on site, I'd see technicians carrying handwritten notes in their bags while customers called repeatedly asking “when is the technician coming?”
In 2008 we transitioned to a web-based SaaS model, rebuilding the product on cloud infrastructure. This meant we could serve a customer in Turkey and one anywhere in the world at the same time. Today the platform is used in 25 countries by more than 350 companies.
The thread connecting that high school course to today has never broken: consistent, focused work. We chose one domain — field service management — and went deeper every year for 24 years.

A passion that began with computer courses in high school. The first step into the software world.
MOBIM Software founded. First product: a desktop tracking application built specifically for the field service industry.
Transitioned to web-based SaaS model. Product rebuilt with subscription structure and cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers from across Turkey began joining.
Android and iOS mobile apps launched. Full offline mode added for fieldwork without internet connectivity.
ERP integrations grew from 10 to 30+. WhatsApp Business integration added. Active use in 25+ countries.
20th anniversary. 300+ customers, 650+ form templates, 30+ ERP integrations.
